By confirming a reservation at La Perla Beach House, guests agree to the following terms and conditions governing their stay.

Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb are subject to the policies and conditions of those platforms.

For direct bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:

7 days or more before arrival: Full refund (0% deduction).
3 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund (50% deduction).
Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund (100% deduction).

All cancellation requests are subject to review and confirmation by La Perla Beach House.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment or an equivalent method at the discretion of management.

In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, we may offer to reschedule a stay instead of issuing a refund.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
Any adjustments are subject to availability and prior agreement.

Use of the Property

Guests agree to use the property respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Any misuse of the property may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Liability

Use of the pool, beach, and all facilities is at your own risk.
La Perla Beach House is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged if necessary.

Force Majeure

La Perla Beach House cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, power outages, and natural events.

Third-Party Platforms

Reservations made through third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies, which may differ from those stated here.

Acceptance

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
